Hii all I was brushing my daughters teeth last night and I noticed there’s some extra white bits I’m just wondering if this is normal
Are they extra teeth??? If so what do I do

Are they hard? If not my o ly thoughts would be either ulcers or thrush?
I think that’s just the gums
