My soon to be husband and I want to be as prepared as possible when it comes time to try. We are about 6 months out from starting and want to know what foods, supplements etc people used to get the best sperm/eggs and increase their chances when they are ready?

I used Seven Seas trying for a baby vitamins and also tracked my ovulations with the Clear Blue digital strips ☺️x

Definitely start tracking your cycle to learn more about what’s normal for you, it will make it easier when the time comes to know when the optimal time for sex is, as well as when is best to start testing for pregnancy etc
I used pregnacare conception vitamins, but ideally making sure you at least start folic acid before trying

I have been taking myvits Pregnancy Gummies for 3 months before we started as I HATE taking tablets! There so nice literally like sweets!
My other half isn't taking anything but we are only 2 months ttc so far so we will change that if we don't see a positive in a couple of months!
I also use clear blue digital ovulation tests and the app flo to track my cycle, I really like the information it tells me (I have premuim)
I am thinking of tracking BBT and paying for natural cycles too x

Hi there so for me and my husband we won't be looking into ivf and if it didn't happen it doesn't and we shall accept that although we do already have children together.
I'd say prenatals are great for you both but stear clear of pregnacare or Wellman, they can mess with cycles same as like the expert midwife prenatals, I've found concieve plus his and hers fertility to be great also omega 3 and a health life style 🖤

hi Chloe, thanks for this! I do track at the moment but for avoiding 🤣 so when it comes time to use this to start trying want my body to be ready in other ways!
Thank you!

thank you!!
I’ve tracked BBT in the past to learn when to avoid and it was great. Fertility UK website has some great info on tracking BBT.
I’ll look into those, thanks!
