Stroller help - Bugaboo or Nuna

Hi everyone! First time mom here and would love to get your opinion on my very first stroller purchase. I’m torn between the Bugaboo Fox 5 and the Nuna Mixx Next. A little bit about myself and my husband: we live in old town Alexandria where there are lots of cobblestone / uneven streets near us. We do have a car but we spend a lot more time walking and taking metro to places. So when it comes to a stroller, we are looking for something sturdy, great for walks, and not too heavy. We are pretty set on getting one of the Nuna Pipa car seats already just haven’t figured out which stroller yet. What are your options on the Bugaboo Fox v. the Nuna Mixx Next? In other words, what are your thoughts on bassinet v. no bassinet?

Get the one with a bassinet it’s safer for sleep on the go. Car seats aren’t really safe for sleep for an extended period of time so if you can avoid sleeping in the car seat, do

I literally love my nunu so i say go for that!

Nuna!!!

I had the same dilemma as all my friends used a Bugaboo. I chose Nuna because the car seat can be taken off with just one hand and the colors are so much chicer. I purchased the Nuna bassinet separately online from someone and I do love using the bassinet on our short strolls as our daughter is yet 6 weeks old.

We love our Nuna Mixx Next! Pushes easily, lightweight, and it’s nice to attach the Nuna car seat in and out easily. Packs up nicely in our car too.

@Pelin how do you like wheeling the Nuna compared to Bugaboo? I’ve only tried them in store and Bugaboo feels a bit sturdier to me but I’m not completely sure.

@Jessica i do love how you don’t need an adapter for the car seat!

@Reagan definitely, car seat just doesn’t look the most comfortable to me 😅

It’s hard to find the nuna bassinet online. I was looking at the fox 3 which is on major sale and seems to be quite similar to the just released fox5

Nuna car seat is supposed to be top notch for infant safety. Other brands even adapt to the Nuna!
