Does anyone have tips for a “light sleeper” baby

My baby is pretty much awake all day and sleeps all night (wakes up once). Which might sound miraculous to some but it’s so hard to get anything done during the day when baby is always awake. When we try to put her down for a nap she’ll wake up if her body is moved even the slightest (for ex. from arms to crib) she will even wake up if the floor creaks. We use the white noise machine but she will even hear things over that… any tips? I should also mention during the night we have been co-sleeping but are trying hard to transition to crib. I’ve attached a photo of the baby in question 😂

My boy only naps on me or in a chair of sorts during the day. If I move him, he instantly awakens. The only way I get anything done in putting him in the playpen with a variety of toys for him to look at. Including a mirror and a sound toy. When he gets fussy I put a handheld paci/teether on his hand. I typically get about an hour of baby free time doing this. Which if you're motivated you can get most of the house picked up (or not 😏). The biggest thing with the chair naps is once you know the baby is sleepy put him in before hand. Our sleep schedule is nap around 9am so I put him in at 8:45. I sit next to him so he's comfortable but I give him the paci/teether and he typically will fall asleep with out any help.

My 4 month old son stays awake most of the day too.. I put him on the floor for tummy time with toys, and that keeps him entertained for a while while I get things done. Also, co sleeping is so hard to transition from. When my son was born he slept with me every night. I spent a lot of time waking up with him during the night. But I would just get him to sleep in my arms and lay him back in his bed. And now he sleeps all on his own through the night.
