@Rachel Wait what!?!
Yup
@Rachel I’m so sorry to hear this! I can’t find any good info on this hospital for my delivery- I’m scared
I had my son through c section last year may in the same hospital, and for me, the experience was pretty good. Nurses were helpful and caring.
@Taran Love this! Would you go back?
Yeah, why not. I had a D&C procedure, too, in Ajax Pickering hospital back in 2020 (it was a missed miscarriage). Nurses made me feel very comfortable during and after the procedure. So, no complaints from my side.
Yes and it was amazing
@Rachel I’m sorry
I delivered there in March, didn’t have that great of an experience. OB that performed my emergency c-section was great, there were a few L&D nurses that were fab…others not so much.
@Aliya Who was your OB there?
@Ashley Do you remember your OB?
Dr Jenny Liu. I had a midwife but ended up being transferred over to her when I needed the c-section. She was great! I bumped into her in the hospital a few days later during a checkup for my little one and she was great at calming my anxiety over things my midwife and others had me stressing over. Highly recommend her!!
Great Dr's but had horrible experience with the rest of the staff after giving birth. Nurses/psws
@Lauren When was this - if I might ask

I delivered there this past April. Overall a great experience (was there for 5 days) I had some really encouraging and supportive nurses during delivery and postpartum (Everyone has a different personality so you'll feel drawn to some more than others of course). It's a small hospital so everything happened fairly quickly (epidural, tests, etc.) Not much in terms of food you can purchase though. No food court like in Oshawa, just something to note.
I had a baby there. It was the worst place possible. Plus, they mist diagnosed me saying I wasn't pregnant, and I ended up being pregnant. Having my baby 2 months later.
