Anyone care to share their testosterone levels if they have been checked?
I have been told mine are super low by one doc and normal by another.
I am 41 and experiencing horrible social anxiety and sweating, night sweats, and fatigue with jitteriness.
I have endometriosis as well but have not had a hysterectomy or take any birth control or hrt
Any advice??

Mine is 17ng

My doctor says every one is different and does not believe in “charts”. Just because a number is regular for someone does not mean that it is regular for someone else your body may need more or less to function and they need to check other things also and compare those. It sounds like the first doctor did that, especially if you’re still experiencing symptoms. The second doctor compared you on a chart. The way my doctor says it is charts are based off a number of 100 people if you were standing in an airport and you see 100 people how many of those hundred people have a medical condition? I guarantee you 75% of those people take a medication for something so no one is 100% healthy so therefore they should not be compared on a chart.

Mine is a 17 in G also and I am scheduled for pellets next week. My doctor also said that is very low.

If you are still experiencing the symptoms, I will definitely speak to the doctor that said it was low because apparently that doctor is saying something

Summer, What symptoms do you have as far as low t?

I feel so awful and I just want to know if it’s hormones or something else….

Extremely fatigued mainly like I have NO energy at ALL! Cant sleep, weight gain, dry skin, ive always had irregular cycles even after having my tubes tied 21 years ago. Also constant mood swings

She started me on metaformin and wellbutrion to help with depression and the metaformin to help with insulin resistance because as we get older and our hormones slow down that often happens. Just doing that has helped me loose 35 lbs in 8 months and helped with some of my energy. However it still wasn’t cutting it. She ran a hormone panel and it came back 17ng and she called and said that’s extremely low and you are a candidate for the pellets. Im scheduled for the 18th.

My husband does the BioTe pellets for his low T. Hes taken testosterone injections for 10 years and I can see a big difference just in the 3 weeks hes had them.

I have not been recommended the pellets yet but have been recommend a bio identical cream. I am very limited in my area of physicians that will actually deal with hormones and take insurance and very few that prescribe bioidentical hormones.

Sorry for my ignorance but pellets? 🤔

They are testosterone pellets that are inserted under the skin and then absorbed over a few months time. Most insurance doesnt pay for it

I had endo at 40 and had full hysterectomy and now on pellets and love them . Talk to your dr about options - I have a friend that does testosterone but still has ovaries .

Start with hormones for the fatigue, depression , sweats , anxiety etc etc I’ve been there ladies Talk to others we can help !!! I’m 50 and felt it all
