Breastfeeding stopping ovulation

So I’ve heard it you breastfeed it delays your period coming back and your ovulation? How true has this been for you and how long did it take to get your period and ovulate after having your baby when breastfeeding?

This is true, with my friend it took her 3 months afterwards x

Mine came after 4 weeks and I’m breastfeeding x

The midwife on the delivery suite told me that the periods might not start for a while when breastfeeding but not to use it as a form of contraception, because you can still get pregnant. I'm breastfeeding and have only just stopped bleeding since birth which was almost 5 weeks ago 🫠

Midwife told me today that breastfeeding will help eith ovulation but actual periods might not come back so to be cautious and maybe look into contraception

Cycles are sometimes irregular, but I’m due around today, I done a test this evening and this was the result within 5 mins is this a positive

Trying to remain positive!

This test is 9dpo, this is following a chemical pregnancy so I am trying to remain positive but its really hard! I feel like the line should be stronger? Anyone had similiar and it got stronger?

Child support

If a woman has been with a man who is not the biological father, but has signed the birth certificate and made threats, touched her inappropriately, and tried to contact Child Protective Services (CPS) on her behalf, can he sue her if he claims he’s not the father? If so, can she get a blood test to determine paternity and then remove him from the birth certificate? Also, if she puts him on child support?
