Myo-Inositol is highly recommended by many! I was taking it when we got pregnant with my oldest, but we conceived her via IUI so hard to say if it helped or if it was just the 15k we were spending on fertility treatments 😅

I went through the same. I had 5 miscarriages in a year. My friend told me about this freaking magic tea that I never took seriously called raspberry leaf. I started bathing in that after my last loss. Every single day ritually while drinking a glass of it. And after doing research I bumped into a fertility supplement I found on drsebicellfood.com it's called estro. All natural no chemicals nothing factory created and its really really beneficial. It gave me headaches cuz of the seamoss and damiana in and it was regulating my hormones but I promise you you're gonna get pregnant. It took care of my pcos acne and my pms symptoms and my period got shorter and started regulating really good and went from 5 days to 3 days and started coming at the same time.. then after like 3 months of that cleanse I got pregnant and it stayed! Most the women in the reviews on fb and YouTube said they got pregnant on it. Pease get it. It's natural don't do chemical treatments and all that to your body ❤️❤️❤️

Inofolic alpha and impryl seem to have worked for me. TTC 7 years with PCOS and currently 4 weeks 4 days pregnant. Good luck x
