I’m sad cause I was really hoping to make friends here so I could have some girl friends to celebrate my birthday with me. 😭 I have no plans, but definitely want to do something. I’m going to spend my day with my kids, but I wanted to go out that evening. It’s always just my boyfriend and I when we go out lol. Really wish we had friends that were couples. It’d be more fun to hang!

I am totally sympathetic to mom isolation and having no friends but do you ever get overloaded when a mom you just met trauma dumps on you and is all doom and gloom?

I met a mom and had known her for 20 minutes and I knew her entire life and story history and all her trauma and everything that’s making her upset in life. I was just like 🫠👀

Multivitamin

My 18 month old is a pretty good eater. I make most of his meals and I buy healthy snacks for him. Will there be any benefit to picking up a toddler multivitamin for when he’s older?

Pregnancy vitamins

I have been suffering a lot with sickness. My midwife mentioned at my booking appointment that the pregnancy vitamins can sometimes make it worse and a lot of them are actually not necessarily needed - just folic acid and vitamin D.
Since then I have swapped my usual Pregnacare for Boots folic acid and vitamin D. I have noticed a massive difference and feel much less nauseas! However, I feel as though not getting all the vitamins must be a negative for me and baby.
Anyone else in same position?
