Any sugar free drinks is fine, Sainsbury’s have some really nice fruit flavoured sugar free box juices and they don’t have that weird taste sugar free drinks usually have.. herbal teas, diluted drinks is fine also

I only drink cold drinks as don’t like hot drinks

I drink Diet Coke or Coke Zero and it doesn’t boost my sugars up XX

Yes hun. I am taking insulin and I’ve got a libre to check my sugars, they told me Il have type 2 diabetes after my little man is here. I always used to drink coke and they said Diet Coke is fine, just don’t obviously drink loads each day. You’ll be fine xxx

I did mention any sugar free drinks are fine hun as well. So diet drinks as they’re sugar free, sorry if I confused you with adding on the teas, was just giving a variety of options

no worries, test out the Diet Coke and see how your levels are with it. Should be fine but for some people even diet drinks still spark their blood sugars so I’d say trial it out and see how you get on with it x

Diet and sugar free drinks in moderation are grand. I'm not keen on water but found sugar free cordial and also really icy water helps get water down xx

I only drink freezing cold water but in this warm weather it doesn’t stay cold for long xx

try a stainless steel tumbler, I got one from tk max for a tenner and it keeps it cold all day, or overnight I'll freeze a bottle of water and drink it as it melts through the day xx

Anything suagr free, I keep a well stocked fridge of different diet pop current favourites fanta fruit twist and coke zero. I also don't drink hot drinks, i keep bottle water in the fridge too and occasional have squash

@Sophie you can get zero sugar versions of all the fanta flavours xx

I drink the Pepsi max no sugar drinks, they have different flavours like cherry & mango and are so nice! I actually prefer these to full fat now. I also drink vimto snd orange juice xx

Any zero or diet drinks should be fine. I also have “no added sugar” vimto which is fine
