🇬🇧 travel system recommendations? UK only please!

So many prams to choose from. Top of my list currently is the bugaboo fox 5. But I’ve also been tempted by the m&papas ocarro or. icandy peach 7. We have a dog so plenty of winter countryside walks. Recommendations please?!

We have the Venicci tinum, got it because of its size (folds very small) but it’s very lightweight, easily maneuverable with one hand and pretty good off road (we’ve done bumpier forest walks etc with our dog). Onto baby no2 with it now and wouldn’t change it

@Jackie I also have the tinum and absolutely love it! I get so many compliments on it too when I’m out and about 🥰

We love our Nuna Mixx Next, only downside is the Nuna Pipa car seat that comes with it as it gives a really poor fit (very chin to chest!). If I knew this before buying I would’ve bought the pushchair/carrycot separately and got a different infant carrier. The pushchair itself is fantastic, it’s great for rough terrain and the carrycot is bigger than most so really can go up to 6 months if needed (a lot of others often don’t make it past 4!)

I've gone for the venicci tinum upline I love it

Ocarro is amazing. 👏

I’ve gone for the bugaboo from the reviews about it being best for outdoor walks etc. We do a lot of walking in woods/ countryside x

I’ve gone for Inglesina Aptica XT as I have a big dog and it’s perfect for all terrain, has different suspension x

Mama's and papas - looks good, very durable and not overly priced 😍

We went for the M&P Ocarro bundle with Cybex car seat and I'm loving it so far!

We were dead set on the icandy peach 7 but we went to mamas & papas today & saw the ocarro so we’ll be going for that, feels so much nicer than the icandy 😊x

We went for the mamas & papas flip xt2 and its great!

Also gone for the venicci tinum upline. The suspension trumps other brands and it’s so easy to fold down!

We have the Fox 3, and it's the best money I've ever spent! It's so easy to push and baby loves it, it looks soooo comfy. The 5 has some features the 3 doesn't, like 1 hand fold etc so I can't comment on that but the 3 is quite heavy and I couldn't lift it for ages after my section

@✨ Jess ✨ we have this one too. Very similar to ocarro and wayyyyy cheaper. Only thing I would say is the underneath basket has stretched out and now drags on the floor. If I was to buy another I’d buy one with a more solid basket.

@Jenna same!

I was going to go with the Ocarro but realised there is a high chance we may have 2 under 2 or 3 years old so icandy peach allowed a conversion to a double in time for about £400. I couldn’t justify paying £1500 for a pram to have to buy a double again in time. Also I liked the fact that if we decide not to have another, that it was perfect as a single. Similar price to the Ocarro. Another bonus is that the icandy peach has a buggy board at the back so if you have a toddler and a baby you may not need to add the second part of the system on.

We’ve got the Ocarro and love it! Really good on pavements and bumpy ground and LO seems very comfy in it. The basket is a bit difficult to get to when you have the carrycot in, but that’s my only real critique.

We went for uppababy vista, as the wheels seemed the best for dog walks etc and you can always turn it into a double too x

we have the bugabboo both fox (3rd hand used from my SIL) and the donkey, i find the fox small...I take the donkey shopping nearly everyday and it's perfect for my use...downfalls are that it is massive if you live in a smaller house/drive a small car or take the bus, so i would underatand why people need the Fox... I store my bugabbo donkey in the garage, we've had it 3 yrs and used it with two babies, it is still super smooth and big enough for a 3yr old, we got the buggy board as well, it is nearly as big as a car when i load both babies, but i wouldnt change it for the world

Having had a few prams over the years the bugaboo fox is my favourite for outdoor walks I found the seat unit on the icandy quiet small an not as good off road the egg is another good one

we really like our bugaboo chameleon 3 plus and it’s more affordable than the fox!

Not on your list, but I went with the maxi cosi Zelia luxe, it goes on muddy walks, in the town, on the train and bus.. it’s been a workhorse. They’re really well made, I’ve just gotten the travel stroller from them too.. it’s a really reasonable option if you aren’t set on something specific or like me don’t have the space or want the waste of dealing with a separate carry cot.

We have the ocarro and love it. We have a dog too, so loads of forest and off-road walking, and it's been no issues. Very solid, easy to fold and sturdy, would 100% recommend it.

I have the Ocarro and I love it! Similar to icandy peach but cheaper!

We’ve gone for the Ocarro mainly because we have a dog and it’s supposed to be best for multi terrain walks.

I've got the uppababy vista and love it. Very sturdy and built for all terrain so perfect for dog walks in the country. It can be turned into a double too further down the line just with a set of adapters.

If I was doing country walks and was not living in the city I'd get the fox 5, lovely to look at and manouvers so well.

We have the Ickle bubba eclipse travel system which is brilliant. Sturdy and comfortable. Smooth drive abit bulky but worth it. Large shopping basket and has everything you need. We are selling our as we’re downsizing to a travel stroller. I can send you photos if interested? It’s a great deal, part of it is NEW. Please DM if interested :)

Have the ocarro and love it, baby’s really happy in it .. and it’s so easy to put up and down ! X

Egg 2 🥰

@Sarah yeah the flip xt2 is the model down from the Ocarro because we wanted the Ocarro but the flip was pretty much the same just cheaper 🤷🏻‍♀️ We got it in the navy and we love it! 🤣 do you know, funny you say that! For a good couple of weeks we kept saying ‘this basket is crap it just drags along rhe floor’ turns out we hadn’t put it over the bars on the bottom and since we did, it sits higher and is better 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ Ill keep an eye on it for stretching though! Thanks for the heads up!x

I have the ocarro and it’s perfect for dog walks! Big wheels which push easily. The seat also lies flat from birth so my little one moved into it at 7 weeks and he loves it.
