Hi ladies, been having issues with my LO since she was 2 months old (she’s now 4 months). Her poop is STILL green, runny and contains these yellow seeds. I feel like even touching her stomach she literally SQUIRMS AND FIDGETS after a feed. She WAS colic before but don’t think she is anymore as she burps and farts pretty well. I’ve been referred to a paediatrician but my GP has been terrible at a referral. LO hardly sleeps in the day longer than 20/25 mins. Really am at my wits end. Any advice would be appreciated. She’s on kendamil formula x

That’s totally normal for Kendamil, my little one was the same x

Hey. My friends little girl was like this. Her ooo was green, she was in a lot of discomfort during the night and wouldn’t sleep much in the day and she was constipated. After multiple times back and forth from the GP it turned out she had a cows milk allergy and was prescribed formula which helped instantly.

She may have a dairy allergy. My daughter did and she was BF and her poop looked like this.

Sounds like a milks cows milk allergy. Kendamil is the worst formula for a baby with cows milk allergy as it’s so rich and creamy. I would switch to hipp organic

Idk about poop charts my baby has been bottle fed for 4 months but still has poop like breastfed baby

At 2 months the colour would really concern me. I’d speak with the GP

done :)

The gp has honestly not been helpful at all!! Every single doctor has just stressed me out with their ‘guessing’. Thank you ladies for your advice x

What @Jade said. My little one had all those symptoms. We are now on a prescription formula for cow's milk allergy for over a month, and she's been sleeping so much better and a much happier baby overall. Her stool is still green, though, but that's apparently a side effect of that particular formula.

Possible milk allergy, some normal. Milk does say on the tub it can cause green poo, but the seedy bits are undigested milk and normal for most babies, some prescription Milks can give them green poo to my daughter was on Nutramigen AA prescription milk for dairy protein intolerance and hers were always green and smelt awful but so did her milk 🤢
