Evorel sequi Patches out of sync with cycle

I seem to have messed up my patch sequence
I’m just about to to start a new box starting with evorel50 I’m usually at the beginning of my cycle when I start a new box but my period is not due for 7 days, not sure what to do should I start anyway or wait until my period starts? Can anyone advise?

Hello 🙂 When you say messed up, do you mean you've missed swapping any? In any case I'd suggest carrying on - you don't want a gap, cos that probably will really mess things up 🙂🩷

I don’t think I missed any swaps I seem to have finished the box too soon I usually finish a box just before my period 🤷🏼‍♀️

I know I’m very confused 🫤 I’ll just carry on then & hope for the best who thought to give perimenopausal women such a tricky dosing system or is it just me 🫣

- if you're swapping patches on the correct days and not forgetting you've already done it and so using more patches, then maybe you were given a box with a couple missing?

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal
