Evorel sequi Patches out of sync with cycle
I seem to have messed up my patch sequence
I’m just about to to start a new box starting with evorel50 I’m usually at the beginning of my cycle when I start a new box but my period is not due for 7 days, not sure what to do should I start anyway or wait until my period starts? Can anyone advise?

I don’t think I missed any swaps I seem to have finished the box too soon I usually finish a box just before my period 🤷🏼♀️

@Sharon I know I’m very confused 🫤 I’ll just carry on then & hope for the best who thought to give perimenopausal women such a tricky dosing system or is it just me 🫣
@Joanna - if you're swapping patches on the correct days and not forgetting you've already done it and so using more patches, then maybe you were given a box with a couple missing?

Hello 🙂 When you say messed up, do you mean you've missed swapping any? In any case I'd suggest carrying on - you don't want a gap, cos that probably will really mess things up 🙂🩷
