Hi Everyone, looking for some suggestions regarding which pram to go ahead with. I pretty much liked Bugaboo Fox 3 , Bugaboo Bee and Nuna Triv Next. So would like to get your thoughts/suggestions if you are using one.

Hi Sukanya, i went to the shop and tried the 3 of them. All of them are very nice prams , very light and sturdy.
We finally decided to go with the Nuna Triv Next. The main reasons were the height of the Bugaboo Bee seat / bassinet was a bit low and I am quite tall. For the Fox 3 we were surprised how light it was but when the push chair is folded , the Nuna was more compact .
I hope that helps , but again the 3 of them seem to be very good choices

I have the Nuna and it has been nothing short of amazing. I bought it after taking my partner to try buggies so I would defo go have a look in store

We have the fox2 and love it. Feels really sturdy, has a tight turn radius despite it’s size, and steers one handed really easily. I drive one handed really often so definitely try that out. We very rarely fold it so that wasn’t a consideration for us. We decided against the nuna because we wanted the cybex icloud carseat for the swivel base & lie flat option & ability to use it without a base. At the time I think nuna was only compatible with their own carseats. Not sure if that’s changed.
Other features we use a lot with the pram: locking the front wheels when we need to get up onto difficult trains, or to make the pram sway less on the train. Upright seat that is parent facing feels safer when they’re eating in the pram. The fox bassinet also packs away super small since it’s just the fabric.
We did end up buying a smaller compact stroller as a backup for travel or train platforms where we need to carry the pram on stairs. But still happy we went with the fox.

I love my fox 2! You can make the frame more compact when folded by twisting the white notch things on the frame

Thanks for all the suggestions. This really helps

Thank you for your suggestions. Can you take Nuna Triv Next to all terrain or it is mainly for the city ? I mean if you are going for a walk in the park and all it is sturdy enough ?

Thanks for your reply. I don’t have a car and definitely that wouls help as I might have to juggle between different car when required. But I think that case will be very rare when I have to travel via car or have to take uber. Mostly I will be traveling via tube in London and will visit some parks for walk.. So, looking for a compact all terrain pushchar/travel system which is sturdy enough and also easy to travel via tube

I use it in the park on the grass. I’ve taken it to Dunstable downs and used it there, it’s hilly with gravel paths and grass, I’ve never had any issues at all

so while you use it in the tube is it easily manageable ? Can you have the pushchair/pram inside the tube without folding or it takes a lot of space ? Is it compact enough to travel in the tube and in London city ?

I haven’t tried it on the tube yet as baby is only 3 months old. Fits in my Ford fiestas small boot with space though. Not sure on public transport though but it’s smaller framed compared to a lot of buggies. I’d go with the Bugaboo Bee for tubes/buses as it’s even smaller and is an easier fold

In 2 years I’ve only once found there wasn’t enough space to get on a train, but that was the central line at rush hour. I’ve never folded it on the tube.
I find the challenge isn’t the train itself, it’s accessing platforms. If it’s a station with lifts than all is good. Buses are fine as well. If we need to use the escalator I find it really helps to be able to lock the front wheels. But it’s too heavy for me to carry up & downstairs on my own. So if I’m going out on my own, to a station where I need to carry the pram, I usually take a lighter one I can fold up. But other people I know just ask someone at the station for help.
I’d see what your local, or other frequently used stations are like.

great to know that. Almost convinced now to get the NuNa Triv Next. Do you need the carrycot for the newborn or the pushchair is sufficient enough ?

Makes sense.. Almost convinced now to get the NuNa Triv Next. Do you need the carrycot for the newborn or the pushchair is sufficient enough ?
