You have to promote yourself and don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. How much clientele do you have? If it’s small right now I wouldn’t worry about looking for employees, maybe just 1 person who you can teach the basics and they can help. I promote on all my social media platforms and ask my clients to post and tag me after I’m done (I do hair).
