15-20 min apart contractions /38 weeks

Hi mamas! Ive been having contractions since around 230 this afternoon. Theyve been about 15-20 min apart that lasts a minute sometimes less. For those of you who had gone into labor and had baby, around how long did it take for it to intensify and become closer interval? Will be waiting to go to the hospital til theyre 5 min apart. This is my 3rd baby and im not sure if it comes faster after mutliple kids. Ive also noticed a tinge of blood and mucousy discharge with some brown spotting.

It always depends on your body, but I had my son at 39 weeks, mild contractions start around 10pm I didn’t keep count. I fell asleep and woke up at 3am and they was still mild, went back to sleep at 4:15am my water broke and my contraction was 3 minutes apart call 911 and had my baby 2hrs later.

He is my 4th baby, I do believe they come out faster.

I had those for about 12 hours before contractions hit like a rock I almost had my baby in the car because I waited for the 5 rule. By the time I got to the hospital I was 10cm dilated and it was go time. This was my second baby

Bump at 7 weeks

Does anyone else have a baby bump early? I'm sucking in to rule out any bloating in the picture.

Mucus plug

I began to lose pieces of my mucus plug yesterday. Today I’m pretty sure the whole thing came out. I’m a bit worried as I’m only 37 weeks.

How soon did you go into labor after losing your mucus plug?

April 2nd baby 💙

I was due on April 2nd and baby boy arrived at 39 weeks after a positive induction on gas and air, too late for an epidural and 48 minutes in labour. 💙

Bleeding at 9 weeks postpartum

Hi I’m not sure what the best thing to do is, I stoped bleeding around 6-7 weeks postpartum and my doctor told me if I kept bleeding past 7 weeks I needed to get an ultrasound.

The bleeding completely stopped around 7 weeks so I thought it would be ok. It came back now and looks like dark red blood? It’s like a light period enough to fill a pad after a few (3-4) hours but not super heavy.

I’m exclusively breastfeeding but could this just be the return of my period ? I was really hoping it wasn’t going to come back this early haha. I don’t have cramps like I used to and it’s definitely not as heavy as my period used to be. It’s been going for 2 days now… I know your period changes after birth sometimes so could just be that.

Large bowel/labor soon? 38 wks

So today for the first time right when I woke up I needed to poop urgently which isn’t normal for me, I usually poop at the end of the day and it’s not a large bowel it’s pretty small compared to my normal pre pregnancy bowels and also I’ve been more constipated while pregnant. This morning it was actually a good consistency and a larger amount than even normal, could this mean my body is clearing itself out for labor soon?? I’m currently 38 weeks and 3 days
