How to count DPO

Hi Ladies, could you please help me define DPO correctly?
I had a trigger shot on Wednesday 12am.
I ovulated on Friday, from 12pm to 12am (the second half of the day).
Today is Saturday. Am I DPO1 or DPO3?

When you track ovulation based on LH surge, how do you define DPO? My understanding is that ovulation does not happen right after the surge. I will take 24-48 hours for the egg to be ready. Then do you subtract 2 days from the surge day?

Dpo1 on Saturday if you ovulated friday

I always count it as the day after I have ovulate xx

I’d say 1 dpo. I ovulated Friday (well my LH surge peak was Thursday) and today (Monday) I am 3dpo. Checking on Premom where my ovulation tests are logged,that’s also saying I’m 3dpo so I’m the same day as you it sounds like 🙂

Child support

If a woman has been with a man who is not the biological father, but has signed the birth certificate and made threats, touched her inappropriately, and tried to contact Child Protective Services (CPS) on her behalf, can he sue her if he claims he’s not the father? If so, can she get a blood test to determine paternity and then remove him from the birth certificate? Also, if she puts him on child support?

Trying to remain positive!

This test is 9dpo, this is following a chemical pregnancy so I am trying to remain positive but its really hard! I feel like the line should be stronger? Anyone had similiar and it got stronger?

7 days after period finished

7 days after period finished and I did two early detection tests this evening and got two faint lines.. is this possible?

Advice for ways to have a baby?

I ended up getting pregnant on a one night stand, and I’ve been a single mom the last 5 years. I thought I’d have met the one by now, but it hasn’t happened, and I want another baby. My daughter asks me every single day for a sister. We are both ready to expand our family, and I can handle being a single mom of two. I just don’t know what method of expanding our family is right for us. Any advice?

Fostering in my area will be near impossible for us. I looked into this first, and they have very strict restrictions for who can foster non familial children.
