My daughter is about to be 7 months old. We’ve kept her on a schedule (or tried too) since she was about 3 months old. Goes to bed between 6-8pm, and then based the day off of what time she woke up. She’s been sleeping through the night since she was probably 4ish months old, solid 7-7 sleeper. Recently though she’s been fussy during the day, fighting naps and bedtime, waking up earlier/at unusual times. She’s also teething and having separation anxiety but i don’t think those would have an affect on her sleep like this. I just wanna know if anyone has any advice for how to maybe take the edge off of the regression please 🙏🏻

Teething can definitely make their sleep crap. It HURTS so they will wake up in pain a lot. We're in the trenches of teething right now and I get woken up to a lot of pain cries now.
You can try teething drops before bed to help take the edge off

Maybe nap transition time?

Never had a schedule, though, we’ve a solid routine since about 9 mos and on. There’s so much in the first 3 years that can make sleep tough through certain periods. Teething, growth spurts, new skills (crawling, walking, talking), hang in there!

It's definitely a regression. Just try to keep to a schedule. You will eventually get through it

My LO is the same many factors - teething, leap 5 (makes them exceptionally clingy and cranky) and if learning any new skills will have an impact! We’re just sticking to her routine and riding it out

She’s learning how to crawl

Our routine went out the window at 7/8 months due to regression and teething! It took about a month to balance out but we used ibuprofen at night until the tooth popped through and Anbesol is a life saver! xx
