Milk coming out off mouth

Hey, we had the same problem. The first couple of weeks baby was fine with the teats but after 2 weeks he was getting lots of air down, coughing, chocking and milk coming out of his mouth.
We changed the bottles and it’s been kinda better however, we found out that my baby has posterior tongue tie therefore, straggling to breastfeed and with the bottle.
We were also advised to make sure that we pace feed (have you heard of it) but we were doing this anyway.

We went up a teat size and it helped

I shall try anything, I keep stressing myself out thinking something is really wrong x

What bottles are you using?

I am having the same concerns I am using MAM bottles but i find pace feeding helps .

I was using NUK nature which were not very good for my baby and now I am using tommee tippee anti colic advanced.
