Not really sure what I’m after, positive words I guess… I’ve got a 2 year old and am pregnant with my second and am feeling so ill all the time. Nauseous, exhausted, body chills/feeling freezing, intense night sweats, generally just feeling so ill. Feel like I’ve got so long to get to 13 weeks (when I felt better in the previous pregnancy). Feels so much harder this time with a toddler to look after :(

I’m in the same boat, I’ve got a 14month old and am 5 weeks pregnant. The nausea started 3 days ago along with having to pee every 5mins. We can do this!!
It’s such a mental/physical struggle!

I struggled with really bad ‘’morning’’ sickness and exhaustion with my daughters pregnancy, this lasted until I was around 6 months pregnant with her, there was very limited foods I could eat without feeling like I was going to be sick. Crackers, apples, butter toast and cheese and jalapeño walkers was the main things that helped me with eating. I did seek help from doctors who’s put me on prescribed medication to help me with my sickness so I could eat which did help. I’m currently pregnant with my 2nd and I did struggle with my morning sickness and night sweats up until 16-17 weeks, I still get exhausted and suffer with headaches however I eats loads/crave more with this one than I did with my daughters. If you feel like you are really struggling see if your doctors/GP can give you any advice they might put you on a prescription to see how you cope, don’t feel as so you have to take it though! And always ask as many questions as you need about any medication they prescribe you 😊
