Had the pram for about 3 months and set it up straight away 😂 it's old wives tales saying it's bad luck, I wanted to be prepared and didn't want to build a complicated pram at 8.5months pregnant lol

Same as Olivia! We have had it up and practised with it!!

I always thought it was ‘bad luck’ before 12 weeks we’ve had our pram ready for ages lol

It used to be an old superstition (which my dad still follows, ours is in his loft all ready to be put together) a lot of people have them in the house after about 12 weeks once 1st scan has been done x

I Had mine at my mums till I was about 7 months pregnant, but set it up at my mums practising as I knew ide forget 😂x

Avatar

I’ve left mine at my mums just incase 😅x

Mine was at my mums, she wouldn't let me have it in the house. But we brought it down to my house a couple of days ago, I'm due Sunday x

Mines at my mother-in-laws
Set it up as we did ours and the handle was broke so had to take it back
Would be so inconvenient if we had waited for the baby to arrive

Iv had my pram up since I was 12 weeks 😂

Same my mum refused to let me have my pram in the house “just in case” it was true luckily she’s my birth partner so it’s gonna be coming with me anyway as I’m having a c section but every person I’ve said to about it is all serious I’m not having it in the house she even went as far as having it delivered straight to hers so it hasn’t even seen my place yet

Avatar

that’s my mum 🤣

Yup mine is at my MIL house set up and ready. It’s more her superstition than mine but we have less storage space so I am ok with it 😊

Avatar

Maybe if I keep mine in the garage then 😆

Ours was delivered to my parents and they've kept it since like 20 weeks but we're bringing it home tomorrow (due in 3 weeks)

Avatar

We built our pram about 2 months before little one was born and it was in our house about 2 months before that in the box xx

Avatar

this is the exact same as my mother-in-law lol
She made us drive to hers to try out the ace seat and base but she doesn’t even want this in our house either

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Pregnant with baby 2

Hi everyone! I gave birth via emergency c section 9 months ago as my baby boy was measuring big, he pooped inside so there was risk of him inhaling it and I wasn’t progressing past 3cm to have a natural birth and now I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. I’m having a consultation on Tuesday to talk about birth options and to have any questions answered but I don’t know what to ask. I feel like it would be safer having a c section again but at the same time I don’t want a c section. Does anyone have any question ideas I could ask or any advice/stories of similar situations. Tia
