Marked as sensitive because of the feet pics š I will share more pics in the comments but Iāve been on my feet a lot today at work and have really struggled in the heat. Thought my feet were a bit sore. Went to rub them after the shower and saw my ankles have disappeared⦠(I have very narrow and bony feet/ankles usually so this is not normal for me) anyone else had this today? Is this something to worry about? First time mum who is an anxious worrier, I thought nothing of it it was just pregnancy swelling but mum is stressing me out about it now š any advice?

My mum used to tell my sister in law who had alot of fluid to put her feet up higher than her heart.. so up on the edge of the sofa or something...
this was my thought - I had puffy hands but thatās been going on a few weeks and the midwife team werenāt worried. But my feet are huge and havenāt got any better over night either - I know it is hot but I think the swelling is pretty bad and has come on very suddenly so thatās what concerns me. What can they do for pre-eclampsia? I donāt have any of the other symptoms I donāt think so I worry they will just fob me off because of the heat instead of checking me out š«
Iām hoping itās just the heat š¤š¼ - they are really tingling this morning but the swelling is just continuing/getting worse and happened yesterday so hopefully it will improve. Iām a teacher so will need to be on my feet quite a lot until Iām off which is why Iām a bit concerned, I was sat for a lot of the day but on my feet more than I have been but wonāt be anything compared to when they are all back so Iām guessing theyāll just get bigger and bigger now š¢

Feet puffy pain in pelvic Nd top of legs near my hips only 24 weeks first child
Iām so sorry youāre feeling this too lovely! Iām also getting bad pain, I think it is possibly sciatic pain but I have no idea!

Got midwife Monday so think will mention it to her then, baby goes so low all time seems he raver it down bottom half than bellybutton up

I have to keep an eye out for preeclampsia symptoms but have been told swelling of the hands and feet is pretty normal for pregnancy but to look out for my face and other places too
