It’s 30 degrees in my house!

My house is 30 as well🫠😔 keeping baby in nappy on her cool changing mat but dunno what else I can do really!

My girl wants to be held all the time 😅 she’s just in a nappy, got the doors and windows open but curtains and blinds shut and the fan on. Trying to keep her off me but she wants to be held 24/7 🙃

this is actually brilliant!😂 I’ve been using our dogs cooling mat for my feet as baby’s not here yet! Will definitely be keeping this in mind though!

@Katie my baby has a red Liverpool vest and I hate it but his dad loves it😂

The pet cooling mat is a good idea

he’s got both the at home and away vest then the kit aswell 😓 I refused to dress him in it 🤣

@Katie we made a deal no football kits till he's at least 3 (I'm not into it at all) he then bought this because its not a kit it's just a vest with a hat 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 I should've known he'd find a loophole. Fortunately he's only been wearing it on Saturdays when the football is on 😂

If you have a silicone or mesh feeder you can give baby some fresh or frozen fruits in that.

Also, keep baby in just a diaper most of the day.

You can use a cool rag on their forehead and wrists. 86F isn’t too bad though and baby is likely to be just fine.

We’re in front of the fan feeding pretty much hourly. I wish I could let her sit with her nappy off as it’s such a heat trap…but cute as she is I’m not keen on anything escaping from that region!

we had a deal of no football stuff until little man was older but all his work mates brought football stuff when he was born 🤦🏼‍♀️

We've opened the loft hatch to let some of the hot air get up into the loft space

Using an AC unit!! Those temperatures are very unsafe for babies ro be in for extended periods of time.
