I put my baby in just a nappy last night but worried she might get cold. She’s usually in a vest or vest and sleepsuit. Is this ok? It’s between 25 degrees and 27 degrees in her room with the window open.

I’ve been putting my little girl down in just a nappy, her room was nearly 29 degrees. She cried out in the night when she gets cold and I just put a 1 tog sleeping bag on her and she goes back to sleep. They’re much better being too cold than too hot

My little girl was just in a vest last night, the room was 27 and we had the fan on x

Just a nappy. His room was 29.8 when he went to bed 🤦🏻♀️

Our room had been 28 degrees past few nights so just a nappy

Just a nappy normally only recommended from 27and above. They recommend a sleeveless vest aswell and 0.5tog as highest

Just a vest and we have the cooler on but still the room temp is 28+ we keep it away from LO so it's not directly on her.

Just a nappy at the moment

nappy and 0.5 tog! was about 27/28° in his room

We just done a nappy and 1tog sleeping bag, he wont sleep without his sleeping bag. He slept from 7:30pm until 6:30am so he was fine. We also had the fan at his door

Baby will cry if they get cold, so don’t worry! They won’t cry if they overheat, which can be dangerous. You can add more layers in the night if they wake up cold 😊

Her room was 28 but she was in just a vest and nappy. We have the fan circulating in the corner of her room too.

Also, we’ve left his door slightly ajar with a desk fan blowing into his room. Don’t put a fan pointing directly at baby as it can make it hard for them to regulate their temperature, but the fan on the lowest setting is just helping to keep the air moving and cooler.

His room is 27 window open but we did a very light vest and 0.5 tog

Nappy and a 0.5 sleeping bag x

Vest and nappy with fan on
