Hey ladies.
When my little girl goes for a nap in her nursery during the day I always keep it light in there so she can establish the difference between day and night. We’ve been doing this for a few months now (she’s now 4 months)
My question is, how long do we need to do this for does anyone know? Is it something that needs to continue for a while?
My reason for asking is because it’s really warm obviously, and ideally I’d like to keep the blinds and curtains closed to keep it cool for her naps but don’t want to confuse her with the day/night

How is her nighttime sleep? For example my little girl does 7-7 with 3 wakes for feeding. So I know she has a day/night rhythm.
Her room isn't pitch black as we have shutters, I do close the shutters now as I'm not too worried about her night sleep anymore.

Yeah her nighttime sleep is amazing, I think because we implemented this from such a young age she got into a routine. She sleeps 7:30-7 most days, so does that mean she wouldn’t need to day time nap in the light anymore then? Thank you!
