Anyone tried this after birth?

Haven’t used it but seen LOTS of TikToks where people have said it’s amazing. I plan on getting quite a few of their stuff closer to the time

yea I’ve seen quite a few TikToks too and that’s why I bought it 🤣 I thought the spray was quite good

It's literally just Epsom salts and some essential oils. I brought a big bag of Epsom salts for a fraction of the price. I did buy the spray as it seems convenient, looking st the spray ingredients it's the same essential oils that are in the soak, I didn't feel like you need both!

ohh didn’t realise it was pretty much the same thing. I bought it brand new from Vinted so at it wasn’t full price in case I don’t use it 😊

I used a few different products I tell you the spray one that you put onto a sanitary pad and then wear is refreshing, I kept mine in the fridge then when it was go time it was perfect!

Epsom salts. Cheap as chips. Does the same thing.

I haven't used this brand but I've used sitz bath herbs after birth. I like using them. Some days it's hard to get it done unless hubby is around

that’s a great idea I’ll do that! I bought the spray last year but it’s still new as I didn’t really need it after birth. Packing it for this time too

I just thought if this stuff is pretty much the same as epsom salts does it sting as it’s salt?? I’ve never used it before so clueless lol

I didn’t get stitches and used epsom salt with witch hazel and aloe it was amazing

same no tears or stitches either 😊
