What is his nap schedule? Maybe it needs adjusting? Try doing a longer bedtime routine. Bathtime, read books things that are calming. Try reading books or maybe singing to soothing music with low lighting. Be as consistent as possible. I am not very good at this. My daughter went through a phase where she did not want to go to bed. I had to make sure it had been long enough since her nap.

See I think he has adhd or has autism and it kinda hard to get him to take a nap. If he does he fights it. An I just don’t know what to do or what I’m doing wrong

So he doesn’t nap during the day regularly? Or just not on a schedule? If you’re a SAHM I suggest trying to keep to a schedule. That might help him. He might be overtired by the time bedtime comes and that’s why he’s hyper. Meals and snacks can help with a routine and then you fill the in between time with reading, outside time, playtime, etc. Our evening schedule is 5:30 dinner, 6ish bath, 6:30 milk, 7 pm bed.

He use to go for a nap around 1 before I left for school an for some reason he started to fight his nap

My mom used to make me a "sleepy nighttime potion" which was literally just warm milk (as i got older she added vanilla to it) its a harmless placebo and worked like a charm. Also as a child my bedtime was always at 7-7:30 which gave my mom time to do a nighttime bedtime routine without it getting too late in the night. My mom also had a spray bottle with water and she would spray my closet in my room calling it "no more monster spray" and make sure that i was all tucked in and safe. I also had one of those old fashioned night lights with the fish that go in circles and i would watch that until my "sleepy potion" kicked in and i fell asleep.

yes, wild playtime is important at the end of the day. Some kids really need it in order to decompress.

of course
