Nuby rapid cool

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with their Nuby Rapid cool leaking? I bought second hand off Vinted (cheapo I know!) And used it for the first time last night and it's leaked as I've tipped it up! I can't see anything online regarding bad reviews, or common issues. It came as a kit with two rapid cools, one electric lid, and a flask. Still need to try the other rapid cool to see if it's an issue with the actual rapid cool or the lid...

I've heard so many good reviews. I'd say if you brought it second hand it's mist likely come from damage from dropping or something 🤷 I'd try the second one and see x

May not be the case but has the bottle for the seal on the lid still? (It’s like a little rubber band) check the other two bottles and see if they leak, if not it might be the case that you just need a new seal for that one bottle which I’m pretty sure you would be able to buy/email Nuby to see if there are replacement seals on their website etc. some companies will send them for free. Xx
