Swelling

Im in the same position ever since the heatwave started x

Yeah mine have been swollen for the last 4-5 days 😬 thought they would go down today as its a bit cooler but they look fat still 😅

I’ve been the same this weekend but they’ve got worse today that even crocs are tight on 😩

Same here I drunk loads of water Wednesday being in the sun more and it’s gone straight to my legs and feet! Hopefully it’ll ease for us all when it’s consistently cooler

Are they sore? I've had swelled feet the last few days but today there sore like burning and I feel like I can't walk without them hurting.
I didn't no if it was maybe first signs of preeclampsia or just normal swelling xx

Try raise ur legs up it will go down

Same here I don’t recognise my feet. And they hurt a lot as well

I found compression stockings reduced the swelling completely for me. You can find them on Amazon

Make sure you all push your midwife’s to keep checking for preeclampsia! I’m now in hospital going to be delivering in the next few days as diagnosed with pre eclampsia something I had been telling the midwife for ages I thought I had!

So sorry to hear. Wishing you the best of luck, hope all goes well. Did you have any other symptoms? I get the foot swelling a lot but wearing compression socks keeps it under control & my blood pressure is ok.

I was swollen all over, had raised blood pressure but still within the normal rang. I had to point out how low my blood pressure was at my checking in appointment.
