Baby still waking up in the night.

My 7 month old is waking up about 8 times a night. Has never slept through the night, always woken up at least 3 times since he was born.

Edit to add- he is EBF

8 months, EBF plus food, and still wakes 2-4 times a night. At leasy we know we're not alone!

Yes, and it's normal! I know that's not what you want to hear but babies are biologically programmed to wake - some just do it more than others.

yes, my baby is nearly 7mo and he wakes up between 3-5am every time

Yup, used to be EBF but now has 1 bottle and formula with his porridge. And food. Still wakes up 2-3 times every night. He did sleep better for 2 weeks, but that's now gone
