My LO is 7 months and has it in foods (cereal, mash etc) but she won't have it till one for a drink 😊

Health visitor told us from 6 months in foods but to drink from 1 year. Good to get them used to it in foods but should be getting their nutrients from formula/breast milk :)) x

The advice here is as stated above. Pediatricians in my country state after 1 year more generally and pasteurised dairy from 8 months. Whatever makes more sense to you is good, within those broad guidelines
