I’m still not getting much from a pumping session so really focusing on this now. Can I pump, put it in the fridge and then add to that milk bag what I pump 2 hours later? Or does it need to be a separate milk bag that I then heat up with the original milk bag before combining in a bottle?
Or can I add the little amounts I get to my formula bottles? (It’s still colostrum that I’m getting).

Yes you can mix milk from the same day 🙂 but if you're still pumping colostrum you might be better off collecting in syringes as you will only get small amounts, and hand expressing might be more effective than using a pump as it's thicker than mature milk.

It needs to be the same temperature so make sure to fridge whatever you’re mixing

Colostrum may be easier in syringes. But I uaed to put what I pumped in fridge and then add to it later on. Once I got to what he was having I would put it in a bag. As long as it was from same day I thought it was ok
