Maternity allowance

No harm in giving them a call, I sent mine off to say I had finished work then never got my first payment. I phoned and the gent on the phone processed the claim there and then and got it all approved ect. ☺️

Jumping on this… can I ask what time people called and managed to get through? I’ve tried a few times this week and been on hold over half an hour, my baby is nearly 4 weeks old now and haven’t heard since sending my form back weeks ago 😅

I have tried twice today and given up. It was the same when I had a query a few weeks ago but I got through then on the 4th attempt.
I don’t think there is a “good time” it’s more just luck. I am just going to keep trying.

hope you get sorted too! I rang months back with a question and got straight through so wasn’t expecting it to be hassle, would have started trying earlier if I had known! Xx

each time I’ve called I’ve got through at about 45 mins on hold, all I can say is bare with
