Has anyone had their bpd used against them by medical staff

Today for the first time I've had people question if my symptoms are psychological despite having physical evidence to back me up. My transplant team of all teams. Then said they want to admit me for a week to test things

Wait like they want to reassess your diagnosis? If you have evidence that backs you up I don't see why they would want to do that unless you're showing symptoms of something else... even then co-morbidity is so common

I've had irregular bloods. I'm waiting on surgery and a list of symptoms my transplant team are now saying that the symptoms don't match the known diagnosis and so it's probably psychological. They haven't told me just my specialist nurse. The thing is even she agreed every symptom I have other the the irritability is linked with the surgery I'm waiting for. I feel so hurt. They've never mentioned it until now. X

I'm irritable because they said 2-3 months for surgery and ice waited 4 with no support from anyone. I've been let down by everyone including social services (was asked to provide respite care for my children due to my physical health). X

So they don't believe your physical symptoms because you have BPD, that's absolutely disgusting. I have Endometriosis and have been told many times that my symptoms are phycological or my own fault. Stay strong Mumma. Maybe see if you can get a second opinion or if not contact a disability advocacy group

Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?

Breathless and feeling like I need to be sitting constantly!

Has anyone else been feeling this way as they're getting closer to their due date?

I attempted to change our bedding this evening and had to call my husband for back up as I literally felt like my lungs were going to explode just trying to reach over to put the sheet on.

I'm huffing and puffing just getting my toddler into his pjs, and I was sat down! Like what is going on 😮‍💨🥲

Everything has been check ie bloods etc so I think it's just general pregnancy as I'm now 38 weeks. My bump feels like it weighs about 100lbs 😭

When to prepare?

I’m 34w1d with my second baby. Today at my midwife appointment she said baby is 2/5 engaged, I’ve packed my hospital bags but unsure when to start building baby’s crib. Installing car seat ect. When is everyone else doing these things?

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?
