I need motivation 💧🥛

I am not a big water drinker and I need to find a way to drink a lot more water in order to produce more milk as I would like to start exclusively pumping. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could up my water intake? I tried cucumber, mint flavoured water before but didn’t stay consistent with it even though it tasted great.

Is it the taste that bothers you? I used to be like this and then invested in a good water filter and now I can manage.

Water apps, timers on phone, get the 2lt water bottle from Amazon - it has motivation on the side next to the time frame of drinking the water 9am, 11am etc.

Oh no 🙈 to be honest I’m not a massive water drinker. I think as long as you get a good amount of fluid. I’ve always got a bottle of apple/orange juice etc, I suppose it’s just finding something you like! Xx

I was recommended Ultma, it's a hydration flavoring powder you add to water. My midwife suggested it to me when I was pregnant and between that and migraines I desperately needed to drink more water. I drink 2 waters with it and one without everyday. Having not just plain water to drink makes it easier for me to drink more and keep my milk supply up since LO been born

it’s not even about the flavour but I just need something to make it more exciting to drink…I find sparkling water easier to drink than still and normally drink that as a substitute to fizzy sugary drinks

Yes they are and they come in a huge variety of flavors! I've tried so many but so far the lemonade is my favorite. I even got my husband to drink them and he loves the blue raspberry

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Don’t want to leave my first born😭😭😭

He’s 2 and we have never not put him to bed or be here for when he wakes up😭

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂

I need some advice my son is 5 months on Tuesday at what age do they sleep in their cot? As he’s still in his bassinet in our bedroom any advice would be fab thank you🫶🏼🫶🏼

No more naps! 10 month old

For a few days now my 10m old has fought her 2 daily naps. Normally her wake windows were 3-4 hours and she is now eventually napping after a 6 hour wake window. Today was only one nap, she skipped the second one. Used to nap like clockwork so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Also very unsettled most nights and doesn’t sleep well at all
