Not 37 weeks yet but from past experience they do seem to get less frequent but stronger down the line. Why do you ask ?

i’m 36+2 and at 36 i actually went in for reduced movement but they hooked me up to monitor and he was showing that he was moving plenty and just fine, idk if he was faced towards my back or what was going on but i did start feeling him again a few hours later. movement since about 34 weeks has been all rolls and flips it feels, not so much kicks and lil taps 😅 but he seems to be moving around just fine again since the one day - maybe not as constant as a week or two ago but definitely still strong movements throughout the day
this is exactly what I’m going through. Baby’s movements have felt more like wave sensations rather than kicks for weeks and that’s normal but I feel like they’re not as strong and not as often as I’m used to. I have NST every week now and they always say baby is fine so idk what gives.
just as Kaylin explained 😬

i’ve heard babies slow down a bit around this gestational stage, and they definitely are getting tight on room. i’ve heard they slow down a bit right before labor is coming too so i guess we will see! but if the NST and drs don’t seem worried and you are still feeling good, constant movement i would try not to worry :) at least that’s what i’m trying to do! 😅
yeah my NST on Wednesday confirmed I’m having active labor contractions but they’re not close enough together but she said she’s going to check my cervix this coming week so we’ll see 🤞🏽
you’re also hitting active labor contractions (bottom chart, they start at 40mmHg) just not lasting long enough or close enough together.
this is what some of mine looked like. At one point I hit 60mmHg and I feel absolutely nothing. I’m not sure if it’s because I have a high pain tolerance or if this is just the beginning 😅

shittt i had no idea those were active labor contractions 😵💫😭😅 i also have a stupidly high pain tolerance due to my immune disorder (epidermolysis bullosa) but hopefully we get to meet our babies soon 😬🩵

Sometimes I don't feel her moving unless I place my hand on my stomach. Other times it feels like a scene from alien

It’s more like sporadic and long stretch outs then whacks. I do get whacks at night after dinner though. He must love dinner
ahaha yes, I looked over at the readings and I was like wtf and I decided to do some research on how to read a NST while waiting for them to come into the room 😂

Mine moves a lot at 37 weeks 😅

i tried to do some research while sitting there too but everything i found was so damn confusing and conflicting i gave up 😭😭

36 going on 37 and I’m getting less frequent but when I do feel her OUCH it is starting to hurt lol
