Has anybody had any issues with the steriliser cutting out and not doing a full cycle? I have to turn it on probably about five times before it will actually do a full cycle. Obviously this is no good as unless I stand there and watch it I never know if anything is fully sterilised in there. Looking on Google, this does seem to be a known fault with no real resolution, other than descaling the hot plate. There is absolutely no limescale on the plate so it’s not that.
Hoping someone has the answer !

I would have thought a fuse problem would stop it turning on totally wouldn’t it? 🤷🏼♀️
And which filter is this? Tbh it’s only been used probably about 10 times across about 4 weeks. Nothing should really be blocked/limescaley yet with that usage surely x

you be surprised one use of ours when we had it and because of our hard water it limescaled up straight away it's worth checking the fuses etc but I'm likely to say you just have a faulty one contact the supplier where you brought it and they should replace it as it's faulty x

yes I am in a hard water area too, there was a little bit of limescale on the plate, but I have now descaled it twice and the hot plate is pristine. And the last few times I’ve used it. I have used Deionised water.
Will get my partner to look at the fuse, but yes I think I agree it’s faulty. Will contact the supplier, was just hoping there was any last-ditch attempts I could’ve made before sending it back x

This happened to ours so we recorded it and sent it to customer services. We got a replacement one the next day. No reason why it started doing that but it has been used a lot!!

think it’s obviously a known fault. PITA! My Tommee tippee monitor went faulty too!

I had this and it was faulty only beem used a handful of times sent it back for a replacement and never had an issue with the new one.

sounds like a real common issue then!
