Just wondering if anyone has any advice on supplements like pre-workout and all that? Is it safe to take while breastfeeding. My bubs feeds every 3-4 hours and when I’m going somewhere or exercising I feed him both boobs just before, so I have plenty of time to at least get an hour workout in.

I think certain brands of pre workout you can, definitely look into it, I know happyway protein and their greens powder was safe to have during pregnancy and I still have it whilst breastfeeding
