Learn more about our guidelines. These packs are becoming a life saver, I went to Argos to get the first one about a month ago and thought I’d go back to get the second one, the lady at the till told me not to download the code and done a sneaky by putting the code in her end so I can save it and go back. The amount of stuff I’m getting is actually unreal.

Hello ladies!
Can we talk about how many people say things like this to you when you are pregnant ...."enjoy it now your life is over" "your life will never be the same" "it's gonna suck once they are here you can't do anything" "you won't sleep again..."
😐
What about.. "you are about to meet the little person you will love more than anything" "it's so exciting to get to see the world through the eyes of a child" "you are going to be a great parent, and you have never known love like this"
"You are going to learn so much about yourself" "I'm excited for your journey"
Has anyone else experienced this? Like What?! Where is the positivity? Honestly the amount of negative comments I have gotten (even from strangers) has been wild... pregnancy is hard enough, emotions, hormones, being uncomfortable, navigating this new stage of life, being tired and accepting your life is changing.....
Why are people so quick to make it negative? Has anyone else experienced this?

Just wondering if this is normal for partners to be like this or if I need to give mine a boot up the arse! lol
So my partner, doesn’t ever want to touch or speak to my bump, doesn’t ask how I’m feeling during pregnancy unless I voice anything. He also hasn’t come near me physically since I fell pregnant. I just want to know if this is normal behaviour? This is my second and I remember how distant you feel from your partner after birth as your constantly touched out and this really affected me emotionally as I felt so unloved and unwanted and if I’m feeling like this already, I worry how bad it’ll be post birth again this time.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Anyone NOT yet been intimate with their partner?
I gave birth 12 weeks ago but still not feeling in mood. My partner quite often sleeps in a different room too due to being a night owl and I don’t want him to wake the wee man. I feel as though I should really be giving him some attention too but it’s so hard with a wee one who is taking up all your time and energy. I don’t want to forget about my husband, he is a great dad and I know men have “needs” a bit more than that women in that department. He is very respectful and has not been pushy in any way. I have healed up perfectly well so no issue in that regard! My body has also changed so much too I feel a bit self conscious.
Any tips welcome!

My partner proposed to me yesterday, but would you be annoyed that the ring is £76 or am I being snobby? I seen it on his phone today. I dunno I just feel embarrassed that it’s this nice ‘diamond’ but it’s fake as hell. I’ve birthed him 2 kids and he’s on a very good wage, I feel I could be worth a little more than that! He paid double for a golf club last week 🫠

Had a blow up with my MIL that’s apparently been a long time coming. My bf took her side completely and ignored how rude she’s been to me even after me telling him what’s been happening for a while. He just defends her. I even apologized for how things transpired just to appease them and she couldn’t admit any fault on her own part, just kept on about how mean I am and how amazing she’s been. And any offense I took was me just taking things personal because that’s her personality and she’s not gonna change (her actual words). Now I can’t even be near my bf because I feel like I’ve lost trust in him without his support. Idk what to do now, I just feel so stuck.
