The motor on one of the pumps just stopped working. Customer service has been a nightmare ugh. Don’t waste your money on this pump!

Same happened to me

I have the pro replaced one a month later.. I posted reviews on Amazon and the website over it and they were deleted right away customer service claimed the warranty didn’t cover the motor. I’m starting an overnight job and either had to replace both as they’re barely working so it’s only used when I’m out or buy a new wearable pump entirely I got the willow 3.0 extremely expensive but it was on sale one came broken customer service answered the email and mailed a new one out less than 30 minutes later. My son doesn’t latch so I need pumps that work which unfortunately is extremely pricey as they can break and a lot of the time they won’t be covered or able to be returned once shipped since it’s a medical device.

Happened to me too but I have to say the customer service is pretty good. I got two brand new pumps and even got the better one bc the one I had wasn't in stock or something. Just email them. They wanna see a video of the pump not working and them they will send you a brand-new one
Update: momcozy is sending me one motor…Amazon refunded me the entire cost after I sent back the faulty motor. So I bought it again off Amazon. So now I’ll have 4 motors😍

Oh I have the same problem I sent them a video and they’ve said that they will send me a new one , all I need to do is send them N order number which I don’t have as I didn’t purchase it from Amazon, I am very sad to not get any replacement,

@Fadwa where did you buy it? Maybe between your bank statement and the store you bought it from you can get a receipt pulled up for it?
