I'm 9 weeks 2 days. And my morning sickness has unfortunately shown up. Luckily I haven't thrown up. But I think sometimes the feeling of getting sick can be worse.
I'm also having a lot more headaches and migraines. Any suggestions? I am most nauseous right when I wake up and when I am trying to fall asleep.

I’m 6 weeks 5 days and I’m feeling the same way

I’ve been consistently using acupuncture wrist bands throughout the day that I bought from Amazon. It took a little getting used to but I’ve been able to keep my nausea to a minimum annoyance from 6w+4d through 8w+5d which I’m at today

7w2d here and same. I’ve lost almost five pound but I did at first with our last so I’m not stressing yet. But man I’m going to ask them to prescribe me something because I can barely eat.

Yo me siento igual, muchos dolores de cabeza, náuseas todo el día vómitos, sin fuerzas, fatiga, mucho sueño, esto es horrible, q Dios nos ayude y sane y nos abrace en este proceso

We leave for AZ on Friday to visit my brother in law and his family. Praying things stay mild there because we aren't quite ready to share the news.

I'm 8 weeks and have felt constantly nauseous for about 2 weeks now. I've been told to try Eating smaller more frequent meals throughout the day

I would 100% recommend preggie pop drops. I got them at Walmart. They’re candies that are naturally made and they definitely take the morning sickness away from me. The only downside for me is that they kinda chew the inside of my mouth up, but pop one in and it’s like the morning sickness was never there.

Do you have a diffuser of some sort? Either for colds or for relaxation? Put in some peppermint drops at night next to your bed, and it can help with morning sickness. At least, it helped me

I use nomo nausea wrist bands that have helped me. They are on amazon for 10 bucks!
