Hey ladies, I use a pregnancy pillow. The one I saw advertised that has a flat middle and lifted sides. It’s good for keeping me on my side (which I know isn’t really necessary until 28 weeks, but I like to get used to things before they’re compulsory) but I wake up, hours before my alarm may I add! With killer back pains, from being on my side. Does anyone else suffer with this and if so any advice for easing the pain?

Yes me too. But it reduced when I started putting parts of the pregnancy pillows in-between my knees. I watched a video on YouTube that the fact that we have to sleep on our sides and the knees are gumed together puts pressure on the back so it's best to separate the knee with pillows. (Really don't know how to explain it) but it helped reduce my back pain
