I’m getting closer now to my due date and I’m feeling so scared to give birth but so excited. Has anyone got any tips on how to help an anxious mumma🥲

Is it your first baby? I’m expecting second and have started a hypobirthing course. Highly recommend for anxiety and mindset which was something I was struggling with. I feel so much more confident going into labour this time round! Good luck x

Your body does most of the work for you. Just go with it. At 40.weeks.u will want it out anyway 😭😭🙈🙈🤣🤣

Me too ! 🥺
Yeah my first baby! Thankyou, I’m just not good with pain and tbink the worst!

I second hypnobirthing! I feel so much more confident going into it second time around. Hypnobirthing helped me first time around. Just relax and your body will do what it's designed to do

do you just Google hypnobirthing or is there an app or what everyone raves about this iv no idea what this is x

All I'll say is when the time comes you will just go with it, it's scary leading up to it, but at the end of the pain, there's a beautiful bundle waiting for you. I find the contractions worse than the actual birth, so breathe through them, have pain relief if u need it and stay calm ❤️

I read the book how to grow a baby and push it out by clemmie hooper- really good for building knowledge and made me feel a lot calmer!

I just googled one and as I’m working full time and already have a little one couldn’t find a session to attend in person that worked for me. I’ve gone with the positive birth company online hypnobirthing course. It was about £35 for the full course and my partner and I sit down every Wednesday and do a full chapter of videos. (I think there’s 6 or so sections) so should lead us up to the big day nicely 😊. But you can go at whatever pace you want! Xx
