Sleeping with a swaddle for the first time

Has anyone just stopped cold turkey with the swaddling?
My little one started showing signs of rolling so we had to stop but he hates it.
He has woken up 4 times in the last two hours!
If anyone did stop his long did it take before they got used to it?
He just can't self sooth! Any advice or positive words would be amazing šŸ™

Yes we went cold turkey! We did a few days with her hands covered in the built in mitts from clothes but don’t know if that helped the process or not! But it took 5 ish days

We gradually stopped. Could be the 4 month sleep regression? Mine is the same right now

Going through the same and it’s so hard. I’ve tried cold turkey but he will just scream and scream as he gets overtired and stops himself from falling asleep. I started one arm swaddled and one out yesterday and seems to be going ok!

we had some what of a success last night. He had to be fully asleep to go down and he kept waking up after 10 minutes so we picked him up to bounce him asleep and then he kept thrashing around (my husband thinks with trapped gas) but stayed asleep until 5.30.
Hopefully the one arm method works and you can still get some sleep! šŸ¤ž

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate itšŸ˜¢šŸ’—

Big nursing bras!

I’m looking for recommendations for good nursing bras for bigger breasted ladies!

I’m currently in a 38H which seems to be the biggest size done at M&S (UK based mama here) and it’s snug and not as supportive as I’d like. When I look online, they mainly seem to be sized S, M, L, XL etc rather than bra sizes.

Any recommendations please?

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon šŸ˜‚
