Anyones baby not sleep?

My baby just doesn’t sleep and idk why. Im going insane but have just accepted the fact this is my life now. My mental health is definitely terrible.

She still wakes up every 2 hours (sometimes less) and this has been going on for months. Just curious if anyone else deals with this. Please don’t tell me to sleep train or do anything that requires her to be left unattended as she has a medical condition that requires her to have a central line and she is connected at night. I can’t leave her unattended ever or else she can pull it out

Hang in there mama! It'll get better. This was me for the first 4 months and I was literally going insane. I couldn't even think straight and I felt irritated all the time. Honestly, me getting more sleep is what helped the most. Do you ever get a break? Anyone around who can help? Either way, You're a wonderful mom and you're doing your best!

Same boat, it’s separation anxiety in my case. As soon as I put him in my bed he sleeps through the night

This is my second baby that doesn’t sleep… pediatrics were not really concerned because of hitting milestones, but it was and is a lot, give yourself grace it’s not easy being a mama of no sleep

I'm sorry to hear that. Do you think she wakes from hunger or maybe from her medical equipment? Does she nap during the day?

i don’t really get a break because she won’t take a bottle

I do have low supply but i don’t think she’s hungry because she is on tube feeds at night and nurses too. It might be due to her medical equipment because she gets tangled in her lines so can’t get in her desired sleeping position

Mine also does the same thing. I realized last night that it's probably teething because he just sounded like he was teething and gets fussy like that. I bought that zarbees night time spray and it seems to help a little. Night time teething tablets help as well. He only wakes up like twice maybe three times now

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

Baby with chronic congestion

Hi everyone! My 1 year has been a congested baby since birth almost. She breathes through her mouth so often that it wakes her up multiple times at night and she cries and screams and then struggles to go back to sleep. She wakes up every 1-3 hours and sometimes can’t go back to sleep for 2-3 hours!!! Piriton is the only thing that seems to help her sleep mostly through the night but I can’t keep giving her that!!
Does anyone have tips as to have I can do or give her? Has anyone experienced? I have no idea when I’ll get an ENT appointment and I have no idea what he can give a 13 mo :( we are desperate for sleep so any tips are welcome!! We have tried steam inhalation, saline drops, vapour rubs and everything off the counter basically!

Combi feeding advice

Has anyone gone from EBF to combi feeding? Currently do one bottle of EBM per night and they one half formula half breast milk mixed in the day. The other times she still feeds on me. Ideally I want to feed all day via bottle and all night with breast. She’s 7 weeks and takes a bottle well, how long should I leave it before adding another bottle to her daily routine?
