After a painful start because he went back to back, opting for an epidural after being adamant I didn’t want one, the anaesthetist being called to a major emergency in theatre whilst in the middle of putting in my epidural, having to wait what felt like a life time for an on call to come in (the man looked like he had just come from the pub with his jeans and hoody on 🤣) to finish off placing the epidural, an oxytocin drip as I wasn’t dilating quick enough and finally, a long long long (nearly) 2 hours of pushing, my beautiful little boy was born on 12th October at 18:31 weighing a healthy 8lb 2oz 💙
Our little double rainbow born during the special Baby Loss Awareness Week 🥺🌈
