I started to use my fetal Doppler at like 6 weeks I heard heart beat then I waited to use again until now at 11 weeks I heard heart beat once more doesn’t hurt to try !!! But also don’t use for long periods of time I hear max of five mins is enough a session

Its possible to hear something this early on. However; something to keep in mind is that at-home dopplers are supposed to be used for babies with predetermined risk factors. Ex; If your NIPT or Amniocentesis shows signs of abnormalities with your babe.
This is after you are advised and TRAINED by a physician or ultrasound specialist in the appropriate ways to use the machine. Specifically, the Food and Drug Administration, the United Kingdom Medicines, the Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, the British Medical Ultrasound Society, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine all advise against the use of home dopplers. The reason being, mothers who are not trained in practice with these tools may not accurately or appropriately use the machines and then cause themselves more grief, or fear in the long run. I’d ask for training from your OB. Also, fetoscopes are great alternatives that can be easier to use sometimes. Good luck, sending prayers for your babe to be healthy 🩵🙏🏻

I found my babies heartbeat at 8 weeks. It is a lot lower than you’d expect. Try like right above any pubic hair

It’s too soon I think. I just hit 9 weeks and I couldn’t find it. It could be too tiny to find or behind the placenta. Also, my heart could overpower the sound. Unfortunately the fetal Doppler may need to be bigger like 12-16 weeks at minimum.

Way too soon! 10-12 weeks is about when you can hear. Also, you need to talk to your provider about if you should use one.

if you heard a heartbeat at 6 weeks, it was probably yours, not the baby’s. That’s really early.

at 160 hmmmm not to sure but everybody and every pregnancy is different just shared my experience

Well before I ordered my doppler I searched videos on YouTube and video I had seen she was 8 weeks and she heard her baby heart beat perfectly fine it's just a Lil more difficult to find it

And baby heartbeat is faster than yours that's another way to tell while doing it
