Landlords and eviction. I Would love a landlord opinion?

Hey y’all so I recently moved to my mother to stay there for 3-4 months until I save up to get an apartment. Anyways the landlord is not taking care of her apartment. The bathroom was jacked up crazy until I say something. The floor has broken tiles for years now. The ceiling is cracking and tearing. No heat for 3 winters straight. The wooden floor has cracks in it. Rats are coming from his apartments to other apartments. I kept telling my mother to always have evidence of communication with them. She pays her rent on time.
Anyways the landlord and called me to speak with me. I went and his wife asked am I coming back to live. I said yes but for a few months. I asked why? She said she has a problem with BABIES. She don’t rent her apartments to people with babies. So I said oh okay. Not to worry because I’m not here for long and this is a conversation you should be having with my mother. So I ask them when will my mothers bathroom get fixed. Then they started yelling at me and cursed me and my aunt who is a aid to my brother. She went ahead and told me that she don’t want that baby in her place and told me how my P*ssy stank 😂😂. Which I caught on video. I made sure to tell them my mother been here for 12 years which I lived for 4 years before I moved out. And nothing have changed. So if you don’t take care of your building plus her apartment I’ll have no choice but to handle this legally. They came and fixed her bathroom because it was leaking on them. I’ll attached pictures. My mother on the other hand who is soooooooooooooooo stubborn thinks ignoring the signs that this apartment is falling apart slowly and slowly would not say one thing to them. I had to come and do all the talking because she’s too scared and kind. Now I doubt she has any evidence of communicating with the landlords about fixing her place.
