First time mom here, has anyone experienced varicose veins in their pregnancies? I've gotten such bad varicose veins in my legs, I'm also a flight attendant which unfortunately can make them worse. Any remedies for them? Do they go away after pregnancy?

This is a very common symptom during pregnancy. The only thing I can recommend to you is compression socks as it seems spending less time on your feet doesn't sound like an option to you but if it is, then that too.

I've always struggled with spider veins (a little different than varicose but I guess from the same category) which got somewhat better after rounds of treatment. Now with my first pregnancy they got so much worse. My husband thought I had multiple bruises on my legs which I had to explain they were not. I hope after pregnancy the veins will get better, maybe after more treatment.

Compression socks mama! And before bed lay your walls against the wall for the blood flow.

Yes I got them with my first, they went away within a month after I had my son. I got them back again this time 5x as bad and I’m struggling over here. Can’t do anything but wear compression socks sadly 😭
