I’ve been using infacol which has helped my 5 week newborn a bit, but not enough so trying out gripe water. Shall I use both or just stick to one? Does anyone know the difference?

I’ve just started using gripe water and I think it’s helped, but so hard to tell what’s really helping 😅 I use infacol as well. I’ve read it’s fine to use both at the same time as they’re completely different. Infacol is simethicone and gripe water is Dill herb and Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate.
I have literally just bought a couple dr browns bottles to try and after using them a couple times they do seem to be miles better than the mam ones at stopping him swallow so much air!! He hasn’t been scrunching up with tummy pain and crying after feeds, so I’m sure these bottles are better for colic and reflux.

For my LO the only thing that really helped were the anticolic bottles, paced feeding and a lot of patience burping him... specially the last one...
